1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the health and hygiene nature of Ayurvedic medicines, wellness syrups, and personal care products, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances:

Damaged or Tampered Products: If your package arrived damaged, broken, or tampered with during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Item Sent: If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong syrup or medicine), we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Take a clear photograph or video of the issue (damaged product or incorrect item).

Provide your Order ID and billing details in the message.
Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
If you placed an order using Cash on Delivery (COD) and are eligible for a refund:

Refunds for COD orders cannot be processed back as cash.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will request your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) or UPI ID.

The approved amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
For orders paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallets, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped from our warehouse. A full refund will be processed immediately for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery of a COD order, future COD privileges on our store may be suspended.
